A wax melt is a piece of scented wax which is handmade. When placed in a wax burner it melts and fills your home with a beautiful fragrance.

Our wax melts range from 16-20 hours of burn time per piece of wax. When you can no longer smell the fragrance it will be time to carefully remove the wax and add a new piece.

Firstly, with a tealight burner you will get your highest scent throw possible as the wax will reach a high temperature with the tealight flame. Secondly, the electric burners are heat up by a bulb which means you will only get a slight scent throw from it as its not reaching a high enough temperature.

Unfortunately this is out of our control. It can happen during transit to you. We safely pack our orders in the hope it arrives the same way it leaves us. But if any products are broken it will not effect the melts in any way.

If for any reason your order arrives with a wrong scent or product please email us at floatinginfragrance@outlook.com and we will deal with the matter straight away. But our orders are double checked before being packaged up so this should never happen. We would also need photo proof of your order you received.
